Rozita Villanueva Lee
President
Rozita Villanueva Lee is a trailblazer and community leader whose lifelong dedication has shaped the Filipino American experience in Las Vegas and across the nation. As Founder and President of the Filipino American Museum of Las Vegas, she continues her mission to preserve, celebrate, and share the rich cultural heritage of Filipinos in America.
Appointed as a White House Commissioner on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders under Presidents Obama and Biden, Rozita has spent decades advocating for civic engagement, education, and cultural inclusion. Her leadership, grace, and unwavering service have earned her respect throughout Nevada’s diverse communities.
Affectionately known as “Auntie Rozita,” she remains a guiding light—honoring the past, inspiring the present, and empowering future generations.

Carl Magno is a seasoned media executive, producer, and on-air personality whose career has been dedicated to elevating Filipino and multicultural voices in mainstream media. As the driving force behind Vegas Plus TV, he has built a platform that highlights community stories, entertainment, and cultural pride throughout Las Vegas and beyond.
With a background in television production, broadcasting, and digital content creation, Carl has worked with numerous media outlets and community organizations to amplify underrepresented narratives. His vision continues to bridge cultures and generations through powerful storytelling and purposeful programming—making him one of Las Vegas’ most influential Filipino media figures.

David Tupaz is a celebrated fashion designer, creative director, and cultural advocate whose work has defined Filipino elegance in the global couture scene. As the visionary behind David Tupaz Couture (Las Vegas’s first couture design house) he has elevated the city’s fashion landscape and championed Filipino artistry on the world stage.
With a career spanning New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, David has dressed Hollywood icons and inspired new generations of designers through his mentorship and leadership. Beyond his craft, he has served on the Las Vegas Arts Commission and founded the Las Vegas Fashion Design Council, fostering creativity and opportunity within the local arts community. His enduring vision continues to merge fashion, culture, and heritage, empowering Filipino American identity through timeless design.
